About
Candace Fortson spent 20 years inside business operations and project delivery before founding IcareJobPair LLC. She did not come from a consulting firm. She came from the work itself, managing complex federal and state contract environments, learning exactly where delivery breaks down and why, and building the systems that prevent it.
She holds PMP certification and brings direct federal prime contract experience with USDA and Oregon Health Authority.
